Description
Manual harvesting in crates with meticulous selection of the grapes, carried out between mid- and late September Wine-making: On reception at the winery, further selection of the grapes on a conveyor belt before de-stemming. Traditional red in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the peels for about 14 days. Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, refinement follows for about 8 months in steel tank and then in the bottle.
