Description
Manual harvesting in crates with careful grape selection took place between mid- and late September Wine-making: On reception at the winery, further selection of the grapes on a conveyor belt before de-stemming and pressing. Traditional red in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the peels for about 14 days. Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, refinement follows for about 8 months in steel tanks and then in the bottle.
