Description
Manual harvesting in crates with careful grape selection took place at the end of August/beginning of September Wine-making: On reception at the winery, further selection of the grapes on a conveyor belt before soft pressing followed by pre-fermentation defecation. Traditional white wine-making in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, fermentation for 14-15 days. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, follows refinement for about 5 months in steel vats and then in the bottle.
