It has an irresistible freshness and an energizing mousse, a wine with a sunny character, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany dishes based on fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses. Vinified in an artisanal way, with spontaneous fermentation of indigenous yeasts. No filtration nor clarification, no disgorgement, no addition of carbon dioxide, clearly veiled.
