Description
During the harvest, the grapes were in a good state of health and equally good ripeness with ideal acidity and pH values. The selection of the Chardonnay plots was strict, with particular reference to those in the hills, near the lake, where the quality of the grapes was best. In the cellar, the grapes were brought to the cellar to be cooled, then, the following day, they were crushed. Here the greatest attention was paid to the various pressure levels in order to select only the best musts. In bottle for at least 36 months. Fragrant nose, creamy and savoury taste. Excellent for aperitif.
