Description
The grapes come from 2 young vineyards in the village of Neive area, from cru (MGA) zones, not yet classified as Barbaresco. The MGA's are Cottà (a West facing slope) and Marcorino (a South facing slope). After the harvest the grapes are destemmed and crushed. The vinification is performed in stainless steel vats and big oak botti without temperature control and lasts 14 days with regular pump-overs. Post-fermentation maceration for 10 days. Aging in big botti (25 hl & 13 hl) for 24 months.
