Its perlage is persistent and its bubble is unique and enveloping: this is our Alta Langa Sivà DOCG metodo classico brut. Its bouquet is a perfect combination of the typical bread crust aroma, due to the yeasts, and the scent of white flowers, such as jasmine, coming from the chardonnay grape.
