Sa Bolla, the 2021 IGT Isola dei Nuraghi Vermentino Spumante, is a sparkling wine crafted from Vermentino grapes using the traditional method, méthode champenoise. It undergoes 18 months of aging on the lees and is disgorged at the moment of service, though a cork version is also set for release. Pas dose in style, it beautifully showcases the varietal characteristics of Vermentino with hints of bread crust, crispness, excellent salinity, and remarkable acidity.
