Description
Malvasia grape combined with Fleurtai and Johanniter grape varieties, classified as resistant to late blight, oidium and botrytis, which do not require phytosanitary treatments (including Sulphur and copper-sulphate). The slightly withered grapes used for this noble sparkling wine have transferred hints of fruits (peach, pear), tropical fruits (pineapple, papaya) and almonds. On the palate it is elegant, accompanied by a beautiful minerality and an important structure. Intense and persistent bubbles.
