Insolito IGT Trebbiano Vermentino White Wine 2023

Insolito 2023 IGT organic white (orange) wine. Made with 50% Trebbiano 50% Vermentino. Fermentation with skins and part of the stalks without pressing in amphora for 3 months, after which the skins are removed, and final aging in steel for 2 months. Bottling with light filtration.

Aroma of herbaceous notes of geranium leaf, fruity notes of dried white fruit, such as apricots, walnut kernels, honey.

The tannic intensity is clearly perceptible, of medium duration. Freshness and flavor are integrated with tannin.
