Destemming and light pressing, vinification in stainless steel vats for 20 days at a temperature of 18 degrees, aging in steel vats without lees. Aroma of lemon peel, lime zest, gooseberry and acacia flower. Light mouth with flavor of lemon, lemon peel, lime zest, grapefruit, green apple, pear, and wisteria. Tense and sapid final.
