Insieme 2020 IGT Merlot organic red wine. Made from Merlot grapes. Destemming without crushing, fermentation in steel with pumping over, maceration on the skins for 20 days, racking and aging in steel vats. Intense aroma of red fruits, violet, redcurrant, cranberry, blueberry, cherry liqueur, herbal notes of eucalyptus and mint, cloves, cedarwood, and humus. Full mouth recalling all the aromas to the nose with a bitter note of blood orange with a slightly tannic sapid final. Bottles Produced: 7000
