TO THE SIGHT: it is clear but consistent, with an impenetrable red color with purple reflections. ON THE SMELL: complex, dense and intense bouquet with fruity nuances of ripe red fruits, black cherries, spices, black pepper and tobacco FLAVOURS: Powerful, opulent with vigorous and decisive tannins but always elegant and never aggressive on the palate, very long, dry and persistent finish, intriguing with coffee and liquorice

Chemical Values: Free sulphites 25 mg./L. Total sulphites 90 mg./L. Sugar residue 4,5 g./ L.
