Description
It is a wine that already at a young age is particularly productive. It has a graper like a medium-sized berry with a very pruinose and blue skin, which ripens towards the middle of September. It is very rich in sugars, with a good level of total acidity and a very large ammount of anthocyanins. The grapes, harvested by hand, are macerated in horizontal rotary silos for about 14 days, where alcoholic fermentation is completed. Then stored in barrels for 6 months, the manolactic fermentation ends.
