Description
Wine produced from ripe grapes of Negroamaro and Malvasia which are hand picked and stored in cellar. The maceration takes place in horizontal rotary vinifiers. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed at a temperature not above 20° C, it is placed in new barrels for the manolactic fermentation. Subsequently, after 9 months in French oak barrels, the wine is bottled.
