Macchia Bianco 2018

From the selection of its own Falanghina vineyards, planted by grandfather Ciro, and today, as then, grown on ungrafted roots, with vines still pre-phylloxera, this cru of maximum territorial and stylistic expression is born. Bright yellow colour, flint on the nose, white fruits, iodine and hydrocarbons. In the mouth it opens with an acidic, persuasive, warm, rich and pulpy back. Classic pairing with fish, extravagant with white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
