Riserva 2020

A wine crafted by combining small quantities of “Merlot” 30% grapes with those of the native “Magliocco” 40% and “Greco Nero” 30% vines of the Boccafolle, Mottafollone (Cs). Careful hand harvesting and grape selection, and 18 months of aging in oak barrels, combine to create this elegant, well-structured, and limited production wine. Our Riserva is ruby red with purple reflections and is rich in spicy notes of plum, berries and licorice. The taste shows well-blended tannins and balanced body. Flavor and olfactory sensations are enhanced when combined with Mediterranean cuisine.
