Melara 2022

This wine is the product of the antique vine strains of “Magliocco” (85%) and “Greco Nero” (15%) of the Boccafolle estate in Mottafollone (CS) within the wine region of Alta Calabria, Italy. The bunches are processed through very soft pneumatic presses and go through temperature-monitored refinement and limited rest in the bottles. The color is pale pink. The fragrance is delicate with floral notes, apple and pear. The taste is dry with a delicate aftertaste. Theacidity is pleasant with residual flavors of white berries. The wine pairs elegantly as an aperitif and with seafood.
