he wine is the product the antique vine strains of “Guarnaccia Bianca” 50% blended with “Pecorello” 50% in the Boccafolle estate in Mottafollone (CS) Alta Calabria, Italy. The bunches are processed through very soft pneumatic presses and go through temperature-monitored refinement and limited rest in the bottles. The color is straw-yellow with light shades of green. The fragrance is delicate with floral notes, apple and quince. The taste is dry with echoes of white berries and citrus fruits. The acidity is strong. The wine pairs elegantly as an aperitif and with seafood.
