Description
Pressing and destemming of the grapes with maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22-26°C for 10/15 days, followed by gentle pressing and minimum 6 months in French oak. Ample, multifaceted bouquet with marked hints of ripe red fruits like cherries and prunes with spicy notes, especially cinnamon. Full-bodied and intense on the palate with a warm, enveloping, toasted character on the finish.
