Description
Ripening period: first ten days of October. Max production/hectare: kg. 7,000 of grapes. Vinification and refinement: maceration of the skins with the must, for approximately 24/36 hours, in order to allow the extraction of the desired color. Soft pressing of the crushed grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (18-20°C). Aging in steel vats. Color: bright rosé. Bouquet: fine and fruity with intense sensations of berries. Taste: full, harmonious and balanced on the palate. It has a pleasant sensation of softness well balanced by a fresh acidity. Serve at: 8-10°C.
