Harvest: manual, from the end of september through the beginning of october Winemaking: soft destemming, fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, 12 days maceration on the skins with frequent remontages and délestage Wood ageing: wood, 12-14 months in French oak, 5 hl barrels; bottle, 6 months stored lying down Tasting notes:: the wine shows an intense ruby red color with purple reflections; persistent scent with hints of rose and blackberry. A fruity, soft wine, provided of good intensity and persistence
