Winemaking: soft destemming and crushing; fermentation with selected yeasts under controlled temperature Wood ageing: ¼ in new acacia wood barriques for 7 months and ¾ in steel for another 7 months Tasting notes:: it is characterized by a precise triad of perfumes: gooseberry, acacia and apricot. But it is above all a floral wine, with lilies, lemon flowers, narcissus, gardenia, acacia and lavender flowers. It recalls the exotic fruit, with yellow peach notes, mangoes, pineapple and citrus peels to close.
