Description
Istria combines red soils and white soils, continental climate and the influence of the sea, rocky soils and windy weather. Grapes are handpicked and softly pressed. After short maceration (around 8 days), fermentation takes place spontaneously, without the use of added yeast, bacteria, enzymes or any additives. Colour: amber yellow. Bouquet: scent of stones heated by the sun, hints of Mediterranean herbs, seaweed and pine resin, together with fresh ginger Taste: fresh and full-bodied, strong but elegant, of tropical fruits, especially mango. Serving temperature: 9-12°C
