Description
Wine obtained from the soft pressing of 55-58% of the grapes. Italian method resulting in natural secondary fermentation by slow refermentation in closed containers. Bouquet: fruity notes of apple, pear, citrus fruits and acacia flowers. Taste: Fresh, combines the varietal aroma with the flavor enhanced by the bubbles. Perlage: continuous fine grain, elegant and lively. Versatile, ideal from aperitif to dessert. Suitable for dining with legume and seafood soups, pasta or risotto, fish, poultry, goat's or medium-aged cheeses, combined with fresh fruit.
