ZAGO AGRICOLA is the result of a path built over time and of an innate process of family tradition that has been handed down for five generations. The vineyard, certified sustainable, is dedicated to the production of Prosecco Doc, and Pinot noir, having been planted in an area particularly suitable, due to its characteristics, for the creation of these wines. Zago Agricola offers the public two interpretations of Prosecco Doc: the first with the "on the yeasts" method, "Col Fondo", not-disgorged, as per family tradition and ancestors; the second, with the Italian method, richer in bubbles.
